Liv Lite is an optional mobile based digital proposition that allows the Primary Account holder to open a Savings Account and Debit Card for a family member / supplementary user. The supplementary user can manage this account through the Liv Lite app.
If the primary user has already moved and logged into LivX then you will no longer be able to login to Liv Young. You will need to download our new corresponding App: Liv Lite and login to be able to explore and enjoy the features
You can log in to your LivX app and create a Liv Lite account that can be used by your loved ones. You will need the supplementary user's Emirates ID and Passport to complete the application.
You will be able to create user credentials during the Liv Lite journey and give those to your supplementary user. Your designated supplementary user can get their very own Debit Card and manage the Liv Lite Account under your supervision.
You can have upto 99 Liv Lite accounts!
Users can make controlled POS and Online purchases using their debit card, review their expenses on the Liv Lite App and make selected Bill Payments.

You can reach out to us on call or whatsApp on 600521212 and our service agent will help you close the Liv Lite Account. Once the Liv Lite Account is closed, your designated supplementary user will not be able to Log into the Liv Lite App.
Click on your Liv Lite card on the LivX App dashboard, navigate to 'Services' and update your child's Email address.

To set the limit on your child's Liv Lite account, navigate to your Liv Lite card on the LivX App dashboard, click on Settings, and setup your Liv Lite card's daily debit limit.
No, you cannot.
You can set an allowance amount and frequency through your Parent app, which will automatically transfer a fixed amount of money to your child’s Young account on a recurring basis. You can change the allowance amount and frequency whenever you like.
We regularly view our policies and reserve the right to close any account that doesn't meet our requirements. If there is a balance in the Young account at the time of closure, it will be transferred to the Parent account.
| Monthly Fees | Your child’s Liv Young account is free if you, the Parent, have a Liv Prime Membership. If you don’t meet the above criteria, a monthly fee of AED 5 (+VAT) will apply for the first Young account opened. A flat monthly fee of AED 10 (+VAT) will apply for 2 or more Young accounts opened. |
